Use DIY Battle Ropes to Spice Up Your Workouts

So go now, have decided to help me teach you how to build DIY battle ropes? I was excited when I first saw the idea because it's something that could be done in a weekend or even less if you're handy. After all, battle rugs are extremely useful for your upper body and also they can be really useful for weight loss and muscle toning. This amazing workout tool, that looks like a really long and thick set of rope attached to a post on one end, is also great for muscular strength and fat burning because it burns lots of calories. Here's how you can do it!

The first thing you're going to need for this project is some heavy duty sand paper, some rope weight, a drill, and a drill bit, a broom handle or a long nail, and sand paper. Wrap the sandpaper around the broom handle or the nail and wrap the sandpaper around the ends of the rope weight, making sure there's a little room at the top of the rope for the ends to be connected. Now, get the drill out. There are many ways to do this depending on the type of rope you have, but basically, you just need to do a few quick strokes and then just attach the sandpaper and you're done.

Now, for the next part of diy battle ropes, we're going to take the long piece of rope and attach it to the post. What you want to do is to loop the rope over the post, so that the end is right at the top of the wall. Hook the other end around a sturdy object nearby (like a trashcan) and hook it in the opposite direction, letting the diy battle rope hangs down. This creates an anchor. This is also a great way to get kids involved, because it will give them a place to hang their weapons and defend themselves when they get into trouble.

The biggest advantage to these two exercises is that they both work the same muscle groups without putting much strain on your body. This means that you can work out just as hard, and not be exhausted as quickly. These workouts are a fantastic way to make diy battle ropes with your own home gym equipment.

After you have the long piece of rope around the anchor point, just do a simple pull down. Do this by simply pulling on the end of the rope and letting it hang down. You should be able to make the rope tight enough to hold the anchor point well. Just do one more step, and that's to tighten it up even more. It shouldn't be so tight that you can't pull it down again. At that point, you can start hanging from the anchor point while working on your battle raps.

There are many people who enjoy doing this type of exercise at home. For those of us who like to get fit but don't want to go to the gym, this is a great alternative. With just a little bit of creativity, you can make battle raps with your own home gym equipment. If you aren't experienced, it's a good idea to spend some time getting used to the process before you start trying to do it at the gym.
